Nice to meet you, thank you for visiting my site! Yes I am..starting a food blog..I can hear you think, there are so many out there, but there is only one like me. Let me tell you why…
I watch them all..foodNetwork, food channel, 24kitchen, Masterchef, Anna Langbein, Anthony Bourdain, Jamie Oliver, Nigella Lawson, Bill Granger and lots of Youtube, reading online and still I can’t get enough. Eating out is a hobby by now..no other words needed. The key is to have food that is better than what we create at home. Yes, you read it..we don’t go out just to eat food..we go out to have some amazing food!
I can spend hours researching what to eat..inspiration I call it..be it through cookbooks, friends, browsing online or on instagram! And then..then I am hungry and ready for perfection. I then rush to the supermarket or call the BF to get us that extra ingredient to get cooking. After cooking we eat..but before that I make a picture of the dish to remember, post it on my instagram account as a fast and easy inspirational overview of the dishes I master. That way I have my own personal little cook book all in one spot. Everyone keeps telling me I need to do more with my food obsession, I call it a passion, but I am a bit insecure, so never really dared putting my thoughts in writing. “Who wants to read and hear all about my culinary adventures”.
But as I am at a turning point in my life where I have recently taken a leap of faith and I once saw the quote “Dreams don’t work unless you do”, I started to create my own website and joined the wonderful world of blogging, so enjoy reading while I am learning. As pictures tell a thousand words, I will try to keep my posts short and snappy..the visuals will do the talking!
